SONKO Sp. z o.o. is always guided in its activity by the principle of sustainable development in order to meet the expectations of customers and consumers. Quality in our daily activity means professional service to our internal and external customers and a guarantee of customer satisfaction with our products.

 

We take care of the safety and quality of our goods, ensuring compliance of our products and processes of their production with the binding legal regulations throughout the entire period of the declared durability.

 

In our total quality management, we take into account the influence of external, internal, and stakeholders factors. Thanks to reducing the risks and making effective use of the opportunities related to the aforementioned factors, we try to produce and deliver products while maintaining and improving the process capabilities to meet technological specifications, in order to eliminate quality defects.

 

We are the consumer-oriented innovative company that promotes healthy food. We create new products to offer our clients natural high-quality products manufactured from the carefully selected raw materials.

 

In the process of controlling the quality of our products we use the HACCP system – Hazards Analysis and Critical Control Points. We respect the IMS principles, concerning the control of raw materials, components, manufacturing processes and supervision over the raw material and finished products in the logistics and production chain.

 

In order to implement the principles of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), SONKO Sp. z o.o. does its best to ensure that the training of its employees meets the highest hygienic standards related to personal hygiene, cleanliness of manufacturing and packaging machines, and environment of the functioning process as well as the awareness of the risks involved in contacting food.

 

We meet our client’s expectations by implementing the principles set out in the Quality Manual established in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard.

 

As part of our continuous improvement of quality systems, we also successfully implement the principles of IFS and BRC international food standards, which are to ensure that the highest standards of product quality are met. In our contact with customers and suppliers, we promote an open attitude based on the principles of business ethics.

 

In our efforts to improve quality and our organisation, we consider the experience gained so far, human capital, and employee potential as basic elements of the company’s success, creating the conditions for the development of employees, increasing their qualifications and knowledge through continuous training.

 

Environmental protection is a strategic element of company management for our employees and management and is included in the company’s waste segregation system, environmental fees system and daily care of the environment in the production plant’s premises.
