  • Ingredients:
    • Sonko mountain oat flakes 4 tablespoons (45 g)
    • Oat flour 4 tablespoons (40 g)
    • Egg 1 piece (55 g)
    • Raisins 1 tablespoon (10 g)
    • Sunflower seeds without husks 1 tablespoon (10 g)
    • Erythritol 4 tablespoons (40 g)

Fit dessert in 20 minutes? Why not! We offer you a unique recipe for oatmeal cookies with raisins! They are perfect as a snack with coffee at work. They taste delicious both warm and cold.

  1. Place the raisins in a vessel and pour boiling water over them, then drain them in a strainer and chop them finely.
  2. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
  3. In a bowl, mix erythritol, oatmeal, flour, raisins, egg and sunflower seeds.
  4. Mix everything with a spoon until you obtain a uniform, slightly sticky consistency (add a little water if necessary).
  5. Using a spoon, form cookies and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes. After 12 minutes, check whether the cookies are not burning or sticking to the baking tray. Take them out when you see them starting to brown.
