- Place the raisins in a vessel and pour boiling water over them, then drain them in a strainer and chop them finely.
- Preheat the oven to 170°C.
- In a bowl, mix erythritol, oatmeal, flour, raisins, egg and sunflower seeds.
- Mix everything with a spoon until you obtain a uniform, slightly sticky consistency (add a little water if necessary).
- Using a spoon, form cookies and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes. After 12 minutes, check whether the cookies are not burning or sticking to the baking tray. Take them out when you see them starting to brown.
