    SONKO 7 grains Crispbread with addition of prebiotic is made from the mix of 7 various grains thanks to which it has unique taste and is rich in many nutrients. 100 g of this crispbread contains 53% of recommended daily amount of vitamin B9, which is called folic acid, and significant amount of magnesium and bone-building phosphorus. The prebiotic in the form of inulin, which is added to the bread, has beneficial influence on microflora. High content of dietary fibre helps in digestion and maintains good condition of digestive system. 7 grains Crispbread was developed especially for those people who care about their figure, therefore it is baked without the use of white sugar and one slice has only 20 kcal.
